Une enviable situation professionnelle, une fiancée d’une beauté à damner tous les saints du Paradis, Kevin Gower a tout pour être heureux… Son existence bascule le jour où trois truands le kidnappent pour le présenter à celui qui prétend être son père : un parrain de la Mafia ! Et quand celui-ci explose avec sa propre voiture, Kevin n’a pas le choix ; il doit prendre sa place, s’improviser grosse pointure du crime et slalomer entre les balles des tueurs d’un gang rival…
