Un Cœur pour Noël (2012)
Cinq jours avant Noël, à Cleveland, Matt, un jeune athlète de 15 ans, fait une crise cardiaque. Il a besoin d'une greffe de toute urgence. A Détroit, Jimmy, jeune homme de 21 ans sur le point d'avoir un bébé, se fait tuer pour une histoire de dette. Le médecin parvient à convaincre la mère de Jimmy de faire don des organes de son fils. La veille de Noël, deux pilotes bravent une violente tempête de neige pour transporter le coeur de Jimmy à Cleveland...
