Une seconde chance pour Noël (2012)
Rebecca Wesley, la trentaine, a réussi une belle carrière dans la finance, à New York. Mais quelques jours avant Noël, elle apprend brutalement qu'elle est renvoyée. Elle décide de rentrer dans sa ville natale, en Californie, pour assister au mariage, le jour de Noël, de sa meilleure amie, Allison. Rebecca n'a pas mis les pieds chez elle depuis trois ans, et n'a plus vu sa mère depuis la mort de son père. Un chauffeur de taxi bavard et un peu étrange la conduit de l'aéroport jusque chez sa mère. Les retrouvailles entre les deux femmes sont tendues...
