La bande à Scooby rencontre l’acteur disparu Bleu plomb Falcon lors d’une convention de comics, comme il jure de se venger pour avoir été laissé de côté d’Hollywood. Plus tard, un antagoniste de la série réelle Blue Falcon, M. Hyde, commence à terroriser la convention, essayant d’arrêter la publication du nouveau film de Falcon.
