Santa Junior décide d'aider le Père Noël à faire sa distribution de cadeaux aux enfants. Hélas, il se fait arrêter par la police, persuadée qu'il vole les présents au lieu de les distribuer. Susan, avocate, décide de prendre la défense de Santa Junior. D'abord sceptique, la jeune femme est bientôt sûre de son innocence. Seul Daryl qui est, par ailleurs, secrètement amoureux de Susan, ne partage pas son avis. Mais ils découvrent bientôt l'existence d'un autre Santa, beaucoup moins sympathique.
