Un pivert au petit-déjeuner (1953)
Lazy Dodsworth the Cat veut attraper un pic pour son petit-déjeuner. Le pic a construit sa maison à l'intérieur du tronc supérieur d'un arbre très grand, et Dodsworth met le chapeau d'un professeur, prétendant être un enseignant passif de capture d'oiseaux et tromper ainsi un chaton impatient d'apprendre à faire l'ascension périlleuse de l'arbre pour tenter d'attraper le pic. Le vrai fait, les schémas de Dodsworth étaient trompeurs et trompent le chaton tout au long.
