Montana Moore a tout pour elle. Hôtesse de l'air à succès, fille et soeur dévouée, amie aimante... et célibataire. Sa plus jeune soeur venant tout juste de se fiancer, Montana est sur le point de devenir la dernière fille célibataire de la famille Moore. Avec l'aide de ses deux meilleures amies, Gail et Sam, elle n'a que trente jours pour trouver Mr Parfait. Parce qu'il reste peu de temps, les trois jeunes femmes ont décidé d'utiliser toutes les ressources disponibles et élaborer un plan pour utiliser son emploi à son avantage et ainsi rencontrer «par hasard» ses ex-petits amis.
