La Panthère Rose arrive sur sa moto à Bicep Beach, où un homme hulky et égoïste fait ses muscles pour un groupe de beautés qui se baignent. En utilisant son sac plein d’objets gonflables, y compris des muscles, des poids, une piscine, des skis nautiques et des animaux à ballons, la Panthère Rose détourne l’attention des beautés de l’homme musclé, qui tente avec colère de retrouver son statut de dominant sur la plage.
