Van Diemen's Land (2009)
En 1822, huit prisonniers s'échappent de la prison de l'horreur de Port Macquarie, sur la terre de Van Diemen, l'actuelle Tasmanie. Avec à leur tête l'ancien marin Robert Greenhill, les violents criminels mènent un combat contre la mort au cœur de la forêt hostile. L'escapade vire au cauchemar sanglant quand la nourriture vient à manquer et que les tensions au sein du groupe sont au plus haut. Les criminels, originaires d'Ecosse, d'Angleterre et d'Irlande, doivent trouver une solution extrême pour survivre.
