Dedh Ishqiya (2014)
Ça ne va pas fort pour Babban (Arshad Warsi). Il est debout dans sa tombe, le pantalon sur les chaussures, sous la menace du pistolet d’un Mushtak Bhai hilare. Dans une dernière tentative pour rester en vie, il raconte son histoire. Avec son oncle Khalu (Naseeruddin Shah), ils avaient mijoté un gros coup : voler pour le compte du don un magnifique collier serti de pierres précieuses. L’entreprise fut couronnée de succès et ils ont pu s’enfuir avec le butin. Malheureusement, les forces de l’ordre se sont mises à leurs trousses, vidant sur eux tout ce que leurs chargeurs contenaient de balles. Ils ont dû se séparer pour échapper à la maréchaussée. Khalu est parti de son côté avec le bijou, mais il semble qu’un dernier coup de feu policier ait eu raison du vieux voleur.
