Une lune bleue apparaît dans le ciel, permettant aux fées de régénérer le Grand arbre à poussière, la source de leur magie. Mais quand Clochette met accidentellement toute la Vallée des fées en danger, elle doit prendre secrètement la mer pour arranger les choses. Avec l'aide de son ami Terence et de la luciole Flambeau, Clochette va découvrir le plus grand des trésors.
