Family Viewing (1987)
Étude de la famille, de ses tabous, de ses secrets, de ses hypocrisies à travers la quête d'un jeune homme, Van, sur ses origines. Il finit par les découvrir en allant rendre visite de plus en plus souvent à sa grand-mère enfermée dans un asile. Il décide de la faire sortir de l'hospice à l'insu de son père qui, intrigué par son comportement, le fait surveiller par un détective.
