Une troupe d'Américains intrépides est décidée à défendre la liberté partout où celle-ci est compromise. Ces héros de l'ombre passent leurs journées à s'entraîner dans leur QG ultra-secret, habilement dissimulé dans des montagnes. Ce commando d'élite dispose d'un armement redoutable, Mega Fighters et Mega Destroyers et surtout du Mega Cruiser, le véhicule de commandement, équipé d'un matériel électronique quasiment diabolique ! En Galibie, la démocratie est en péril ! Son président appelle à l'aide la Mega Force. Une lutte implacable s'engage alors...
