My Old Lady (2014)
Mathias, la cinquantaine, new-yorkais, divorcé et sans ressources, débarque à Paris pour vendre la maison qu'il a héritée de son père. Il découvre alors que ce magnifique hôtel particulier du Marais est habité par une vieille dame de 92 ans, Mathilde, et sa fille, Chloé. Un hôtel particulier que Mathilde a placé il y a bien longtemps en viager, coutume typiquement française que ne comprend évidemment pas cet américain pragmatique, qui se retrouve en plus à devoir payer une rente.
