Le film prend part dans un complexe secret dans lequel le gouvernement enferme les pires criminels psychopathes pour les étudier. Au plus profond des entrailles de Death House est enfermée la crème de la crème des pires tueurs, Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers, Leatherface et encore bien d'autres... Lorsqu'ils feront la visite de Death House, les agents Toria Boon et Jae Novak se retrouveront piégés avec le mal à l’état pur.
