Meet the Wildcat (1940)
La photographe de magazine Ann Larkin prend des clichés au Musée national du Mexique lorsqu’elle surprend Brod Williams en train de dérober une peinture de son cadre. Persuadée que Brod est le célèbre voleur d’art surnommé « Le Wildcat », Ann le suit dans la rue et l’accuse ouvertement d’être le coupable. Même lorsque la police affirme que Brod est en réalité un détective de la police de New York, Ann reste méfiante et ne le croit pas entièrement.
