J'ai tué Raspoutine (1967)
Le film commence par une interview du prince Youssoupov qui, ayant échappé à la Révolution d'Octobre, termine ses jours à Paris. C'est lui, en effet, qui fut l'instigateur et le principal exécutant du meurtre de Raspoutine. Félix Youssoupov, alors jeune prince immensément riche, vivait dans l'insouciance, voyageant ici et là, lorsqu'il fit la connaissance de Grigori Efimovitch Raspoutine chez Mâcha Golovine. La conviction naît brusquement en lui, à la suite de conversations avec des grands de la Cour, qu'il faut tuer Raspoutine pour que le tsar recouvre sa liberté. Il se met à fréquenter assidûment le « starets » qui le prend en amitié. Atteint malgré lui par la séduction inexplicable de cet homme, il essaie d'obtenir son départ volontaire; mais Raspoutine se dit investi d'une mission divine. Lors même que l'assassinat est préparé jusque dans les détails, il essaie encore de lui donner sa chance. Mais Raspoutine, aveuglé par ses sentiments, s'obstine à tomber dans le piège.
