Johnny Banco tient un tripot à Barcelone. Il participe au vol d'un coffret contenant 100 millions, s'empare du butin et mène la grande vie à Monte-Carlo. Mais un truand nommé Orso entend récupérer son bien. Il lance des tueurs aux trousses de Johnny, qui vient d'épouser une riche veuve américaine. Orso débauche également Nati, l'ancienne petite amie de Johnny...
