L'Homme à tout faire (2015)
Un jeune couple, Jeff et Alex, ont décidé de quitter leur emploi et de mettre toutes leurs économies dans une opération immobilière à haut risque. Elle consiste à acheter 1 maison abandonnée, à la remettre en état et à la revendre dans la foulée avant que les intérêts ne commencent. Ils ont donc 45 jours pour réaliser la totalité des travaux. Mais très vite, la charge de travail s'avère trop importante pour eux seuls. Si bien que lorsqu'un inconnu, Nate, se propose de les aider gratuitement jusqu'à la revente, ils l'accueillent chez eux à bras ouverts. Mais très vite Nate, au physique avantageux, use de son charme pour semer le trouble entre les 2 jeunes amoureux...
