A première vue, Joshua McCord est un brillant professeur d'arts martiaux à la prestigieuse université de Dallas. Mais il cache une double identité. Joshua est "l'homme du Président", un agent secret chargé des plus délicates missions. Lorsqu'un groupe d'extrémistes commet une série d'actes terroristes, le Président fait appel à Joshua pour mettre fin à leurs agissements.
