Un coiffeur de quartier commence à reconstruire sa vie émotionnelle après la mort de sa mère. Sa vie tourne autour de sa maison et de son salon de coiffure. Rien de spécial ne semble jamais lui arriver jusqu'à ce qu'un jour, le destin l'amène à Rio de Janeiro.
