Kate, Humphrey et leurs trois louveteaux sont contraints de déménager leur tanière. C'est alors qu'ils rencontrent Amy, une gentille raptor qui, comme par magie, est revenue à la vie après avoir été découverte lors d'une fouille archéologique ! Les louveteaux et leurs amis de la forêt montrent à Amy les merveilles de leur monde. Toutefois, ils devront s'entraider afin d'empêcher les fouilleurs de déterrer le dangereux T-rex avant qu'il ne soit trop tard !
