The House on Sorority Row (1982)
Une association d'étudiantes est menacée d'expulsion par le propriétaire des lieux. Suite à une mauvaise blague, le propriétaire est tué et les étudiantes décident de cacher son cadavre. Mais un témoin inoppiné décide de venger la victime en tuant les jeunes filles l'une après l'autre.
