Committed (2000)
Joline est profondément amoureuse de son mari Carl, même s'il vient de la quitter il y a deux semaines. Convaincue qu'elle peut encore sauver leur mariage, Joline prend la route vers l'Ouest afin de récupérer son déserteur d'époux. Au cours de son périple, elle rencontre deux voleurs et un sorcier mexicain. Elle arrive dans la ville d'El Paso au Texas, y retrouve Carl et décide de jouer le tout pour le tout. C'est avec l'aide de son frère Jay, de sa grande amie Carmen et de son soi-disant voisin Neil, que Joline découvre les avantages et les inconvénients d'être la femme la plus amoureuse d'Amérique.
