Ugly (1997)
Simon Cartwright, serial killer interné depuis cinq ans dans un hôpital psychiatrique, semble guéri. Delivré des hallucinations qui le hantaient, il veut prouver à tous sa guerison. Il doit d'abord convaincre sa psychologue Karen Shoemaker. Karen le croit guéri, puis à la confiance succèdent le scepticisme et la méfiance. Karen pénètre dans l'univers tourmenté de Simon, qu'elle pousse dans ses derniers retranchements.
