Un japonais se réveille un beau jour, seul, dans une pièce immaculée de blanc, sans fenêtres, ni portes. Lorsqu'il appuie sur une protubérance en forme de pénis fixée sur au mur, une brosse à dents rose apparaît comme sortie de nulle part et enclenche une série d'événements vraiment étranges...
