তিন কন্যা (1961)
Trois histoires avec trois personnages féminins centraux qui relient les récits entre eux. La première concerne une jeune orpheline qui s’attache au maître de poste dont elle s’occupe après qu’il lui a appris à lire et à écrire. La deuxième est un récit surnaturel sur une femme obsédée par les bijoux que son mari lui offre. La dernière suit un jeune homme qui tombe amoureux d’une jeune femme peu conventionnelle de son nouveau village plutôt que de sa fiancée arrangée, la fille d’une famille respectable.
