Un homme traqué (1955)
L'aventurier et fine gâchette Wes Steele erre dans le désert après avoir que son cheval soit tombé d'épuisement. Il tombe par hasard sur le lieu d'un véritable massacre : une attaque de diligence qui a visiblement très mal tourné. Stele enfourche l'un des chevaux de l'attelage pour rejoindre la ville la plus proche et donner l'alerte. Là, il se retrouve injustement accusé d'avoir lui-même perpétré la tuerie.
