Une nouvelle espèce de vie aquatique: le requin à 5 têtes est constitué de toutes les têtes et de toutes les dents. En forme d'étoile de mer démente, ce monstre terrorise l'océan avant d'envahir les plages de Porto Rico, mettant en danger le paradis insulaire autrefois paisible.
