C’est la pagaille au Royaume de Mandolan : le trône est ensorcelé. Incapable de s’y asseoir, le vizir Guliman fait appel à Lilli la sorcière pour conjurer le sort et lui permettre enfin de diriger le royaume. Mais dès son arrivée, Lilli se méfie de lui… et découvre qu’il n’est pas l’héritier légitime. Avec l’aide de son ami Musa et son facétieux dragon, Hector, Lilli part à la recherche du véritable roi avant que Guliman ne s’empare du pouvoir.
