Noël au Majestic (2018)
La jeune architecte Nell Porter est folle de joie quand elle se voit confier son premier grand projet jusqu'à ce qu'elle découvre qu'il s'agit d'un démembrement complet et d'une refonte du théâtre bien aimé de sa ville natale, le Majestic. Le spectacle de Noël annuel de Briar Falls, ainsi que l'histoire colorée du théâtre et sa magnifique architecture, seront perdus une fois convertis en multiplex modernisé et toute la ville sera bouleversée par son nouveau propriétaire, Connor Goodrich. Nell doit convaincre Connor de laisser la ville organiser un dernier défilé de Noël, en espérant qu'elle lui réchauffe le coeur grâce à la magie de Noël.
