Un groupe de jeunes à Kigali se réunit chez leur ami décédé pour une veillée funèbre. Bien qu'il soit mort très jeune, il a mené une vie singulière dans une société conformiste. Ils passent la soirée à se souvenir de lui et de son héritage créatif, en réfléchissant sur leur propre parcours de vie.
