Un Voisin trop charmant (2008)
Sara Wylde est écrivaine. Elle se retire à Christina Lake après un divorce tumultueux afin d'achever tranquillement son roman policier. Elle tombe bientôt amoureuse de son beau voisin. Mais ses fantasmes tournent au drame : le jeune homme est retrouvé mort sur une plage. Montrée du doigt par tous les habitants, Sara mène elle-même l'enquête. Elle découvre bientôt que son voisin n'était pas l'homme charmant qu'elle croyait être...
