Karim, la trentaine, conduit toutes les nuits. Il maintient sa famille à l'écart et mène une vie répétitive et contrôlée. Un matin, il prend en charge un dernier client, un artiste étranger de son âge. Karim est irrésistiblement attiré vers ce jeune homme. Ce qu'il va ressentir va ébranler la perception qu'il avait de lui-même.
