Un matin d'Halloween, alors qu'il s'apprêtait à regarder la télévision après avoir pris soin de dévaliser le frigo, Anton découvre ses parents sauvagement assassinés. Il court chercher ses amis Mick et Pnub. Ensemble, ils vont tenter de faire face à la situation. Mais ils découvrent, terrifiés, qu'Anton pourrait bien être, contre sa volonté et sans même en avoir conscience, l'auteur de la vague de meurtres atroces qui frappe les environs. En effet, sa main droite a des comportements pour le moins étranges et n'obéit plus à son propriétaire.
