C'est bientôt Noël, Lindsay, et sa meilleure amie ont secrètement planifié un voyage dans une station de ski mais malheureusement ses parents décident de passer Noël en famille, ce qui contrarie beaucoup Lindsay. Pendant les courses de dernière minutes, Lindsay se moque du père Noël d'un magasin. Mais ce père Noël affirme être le véritable Papa Noël et demande de l'aide à Lindsay pour reconquérir Mme Noël. En acceptant de l'accompagner dans le voyage de sa vie, Lindsay va apprendre le sens d'un Noël trop cool !
