Taïwan, une démocratie à l'ombre de la Chine (2021)
Pour la Chine, c’est une province séparatiste qui doit revenir au bercail. Pour ses 24 millions d’habitant·es, c’est un État souverain, doté de sa propre constitution et de dirigeant·es démocratiquement élu·es. Maintenant que Hong Kong a été aligné, Taïwan entend se dresser face à Beijing en jeune démocratie dynamique, devant pour cela essuyer d’innombrables cyberattaques qui visent à déstabiliser ses institutions et à exacerber les divisions.
