Nina est enceinte de Jakub. Aujourd'hui, il la présente à sa famille. Ils sont tous réunis à l’hôpital au chevet de son grand-père. Alors que la jeune femme tente de faire bonne figure, elle est confrontée à la réaction surprenante du mourant : il veut voir ses seins. Cela déclenche un débat auquel elle n’est pas invitée : le dernier vœu du patriarche doit-il être satisfait ?
