Prince Charmant cherche maison (2022)
Erin est agente immobilière dans la charmante petite ville côtière de Shaw Bay. Mais elle doit lutter contre la municipalité pour empêcher que la marina soit vendue, ce qui entraînerait une réhabilitation qui enlèverait tout son cachet à la ville. Théo, un riche client, arrive en ville. Il tient farouchement à protéger sa vie privée. A travers lui, Erin voit une opportunité de prouver que la ville est attractive telle qu'elle est. Cependant, Théo ne trouve pas de propriété qui satisfasse ses exigences, mais Erin et lui se rapprochent. Pendant ce temps, Théo est rejoint par Frank, son majordome. En effet, Théo est prince héritier de la couronne de Movdavie et son père, le roi Henry, exige que Théo rentre et épouse une princesse qu'il a choisie pour lui...
