Sous le bio, la malbouffe (2021)
Aujourd’hui, les grands industriels de l’agro-alimentaire lancent des déclinaisons bio de leurs marques les plus iconiques. Pourtant, ces produits sont de plus en plus décriés pour être aussi des emblèmes de la « malbouffe ». Les repeindre en bio ne suffit pas à leur racheter une conduite. Céréales bio, pâtes fromagères bio, bonbons bio ou chips bio demeurent le plus souvent trop gras, trop salés, trop sucrés et trop transformés et donc nocifs pour la santé. En plongeant dans les coulisses de cette nouvelle vague de produits bio, cette enquête débusque les pièges et les faux-semblants.
