« La forêt amazonienne : notre terre » est une plongée immersive dans la lutte obstinée des Uru-Eu-Wau-Wau contre la surexploitation (illégale) de la forêt amazonienne, encouragée par une association d’agriculteurs non autochtones. Ce film, dont les images impressionnantes mettent en valeur les paysages, bénéficie d’une bande sonore richement texturée, et permet aux spectateurs de côtoyer à la fois le peuple Uru-Eu-Wau-Wau, les bûcherons qui brûlent et défrichent illégitimement leurs terres, et le réseau d’agriculteurs désespérés qui veulent coloniser cette forêt protégée.
