Galaxy Quest (1999)

Pendant quatre ans, les courageux membres d’équipage du vaisseau « Protector NSEA », l’imperturbable commandant Peter Quincy Taggart, la blonde et pigeonnante Tawny Madison et le reptilien Dr. Lazardus, ont sillonné l’espace et accompli avec vaillance les missions les plus improbables, jusqu’au jour où leur série a été déprogrammée de la télévision ! Vingt ans plus tard, un petit groupe d’extra‐terrestres suit avec passion les rediffusions de « Galaxy Quest » qu’ils prennent pour un documentaire. Ils téléportent l’équipe d’acteurs « has‐been », convaincus que seuls ces héros peuvent sauver la Nébuleuse Klatu menacée d’anéantissement par une race ennemie. Sans script, ni réalisateur, ni scénario, les acteurs doivent jouer le rôle le plus performant de leur vie pour aider leurs nouveaux compagnons. Une aventure hilarante d’« anti‐héros » à déguster à tout âge !
