Pour Aaron Arnold, l'heure de la vengeance a sonné. Cette petite ville où il a grandi et dont il a été chassé pour trouble de l'ordre public, il la tient aujourd'hui sous sa coupe. Avec son unité de vigiles, il a rempli son contrat : débarrasser la cité de tous les malfrats, escrocs, assassins que la prosperité a drainés.
