Le mal de vivre (1961)
Le père Clark, un prêtre jésuite, se consacre à la réhabilitation des délinquants et anciens détenus. Il rencontre Billy, un jeune homme qui sort de prison, et se prend de sympathie pour lui. Il l'aide à trouver un travail et à se réinsérer. Parallèlement, il collecte des fonds pour ouvrir un local à même d'héberger des prisonniers récemment libérés. Le drame surgit lorsque Billy est injustement accusé de vol par son employeur.
