C’est les vacances ! Elizabeth, 9 ans, rentre chez ses parents qui vivent dans la forêt tropicale. Alors qu’elle espérait passer ses vacances à lire dans un hamac, elle doit garder son petit frère Léo et le voilà qui disparaît… Quand elle comprend qu’il a été emporté dans une pirogue, elle n’a plus le choix : il faut immédiatement partir à sa recherche. Tant pis pour la lecture, cet été, c’est l’aventure !
