Le Comte (2023)
Le Comte est une comédie noire sur fond d'horreur qui imagine un univers parallèle inspiré de l'histoire récente du Chili. Le film fait d'Augusto Pinochet, symbole fasciste s'il en est, un vampire qui habite dans une demeure en ruines à l'extrême sud du continent, donnant libre cours à son appétit pour le mal afin d'assurer sa survie. Mais après 250 ans à ce régime, Pinochet décide d'arrêter de boire du sang et de renoncer au privilège de la vie éternelle. À vrai dire, il ne peut plus supporter l'image de voleur que lui renvoie le monde. Surmontant la nature décevante et opportuniste de sa famille, il retrouve l'inspiration et parvient à mener une vie de passion contre-révolutionnaire grâce à une relation inattendue.
