Britt Marie Eklund, dite Britt Ekland, née le 6 octobre 1942 à Stockholm, est une actrice, mannequin et chanteuse suédoise. Britt Ekland est surtout connue pour ses rôles dans le film culte The Wicker Man en 1973, et de Mary Goodnight, une James Bond girl dans L'Homme au pistolet d'or aux côtés de Roger Moore en 1974. Elle a été la seconde épouse de Peter Sellers de 1964 à 1968. Ensemble, ils eurent une fille, Victoria en 1965. Britt Ekland et Peter Sellers tournèrent dans trois films : Carol for Another Christmas (en) (1964), Le renard s'évade à trois heures (1966) et Torero malgré lui (1968). Elle devint ensuite la compagne du producteur de disques américain Lou Adler. De cette liaison est né un fils en 1973, Nic Adler. Elle est ensuite la compagne du chanteur Rod Stewart pendant plus de deux ans. Durant cette période, Rod Stewart racheta d'ailleurs les copies du film The Wicker Man en raison d'une scène dans laquelle Britt Ekland apparaît nue. Proche de la scène rock anglo-saxonne, de 1979 à 1981, elle vécut avec le chanteur britannique Phil Lewis, avant d'épouser en 1984 le batteur de The Stray Cats, Slim Jim Phantom, de qui elle a eu un fils, Thomas Jefferson, né en 1988. Ils ont divorcé en 1992.
