Andrew Jordt "Andy" Robinson (né le 14 février 1942) est un acteur américain du cinéma, de théatre et de la télévision. Robinson est connu pour s'être spécialisé dans les rôles déviants et psychotiques. À l'origine acteur de théatre, il travaille principalement dans des rôles à la télévision et dans des films à faible budget. Il est surtout connu pour son rôle de tueur en série Scorpion dans l'inspecteur Harry (1971), pour son rôle de Larry Cotton dans Hellraiser (1987) et son rôle comme Elim Garak dans la série télé de science-fiction Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993-1999). Avec son épouseI Irene, ils sont les parents de l'actrice Rachel Robinson qui est également apparue dans Star Trek Deep Space Nine.
