Sir David Suchet (prononcé [suːʃeɪ]) est un acteur britannique, né le 2 mai 1946 à Paddington (Londres). Il est surtout connu du grand public pour avoir joué le rôle du détective belge Hercule Poirot dans la série télévisée de même nom de 1989 à 2013. Il est également un comédien de théâtre reconnu, ayant été membre de la Royal Shakespeare Company pendant treize ans, et a joué dans de nombreux films, téléfilms et séries britanniques, comme Maxwell (en) pour lequel il a reçu un International Emmy Award du meilleur acteur en 2008.
