Né le 17 février 1991 à Brooklyn, New York, Jeremy Allen White est un acteur américain issu d'une famille de comédiens de théâtre. Formé d'abord à la danse classique, il se tourne vers le jeu dès l'adolescence. Son premier grand rôle arrive en 2011 dans Shameless, où il incarne Phillip « Lip » Gallagher pendant dix saisons, s'imposant comme l'un des jeunes talents les plus prometteurs du petit écran. En 2022, il décroche le rôle de Carmen « Carmy » Berzatto dans The Bear, chef tourmenté reprenant le restaurant familial. Cette performance lui vaut deux Emmy Awards et trois Golden Globes consécutifs. Au cinéma, il joue Kerry Von Erich dans The Iron Claw (2023). En 2025, il incarne Bruce Springsteen dans le biopic Deliver Me from Nowhere, apprenant guitare et chant pour le rôle. Ambassadeur mondial Calvin Klein depuis 2024.
